    We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and we are closed on the weekends.

  • How do I schedule a delivery?

    To schedule a delivery, please call our office at 203-758-5831 during normal business hours. One of our staff members will be happy to set up a time with you for delivery.


  • Do you offer emergency services?

    Yes, we offer emergency services for problems such as no heat in your home. Existing full-service customers are eligible for our emergency services 24/7.

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept checks and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

  • How long do repairs usually take?

    Depending on the scope of damages, repairs could take between one to three hours. 

  • What areas do you provide service in?

    While we are based out of Prospect, CT, we service all surrounding towns and more. You can find our service map here.

  • Do you offer budget plans?

    Yes, we can calculate a budget plan for you to help you manage costs throughout the year. We strongly recommend our 10 month budget plan so you can easily make payments for delivery services.

  • What kind of heating units do you install?

    We install oil, propane, natural gas, and heat pumps. 

  • Should I be concerned about fluctuating energy costs?

    When the price of oil and other energy sources fluctuate you can protect yourself with our fixed pricing plan. Our friendly staff can help you budget correctly!
